Get creative, dress like a penguin and Waddle for Change! 🐧💗

We’re adding some extra fun to our Wellness Waddle with a Penguin Dress-Up Competition. Your outfit can be cute, funny, glamorous, sporty or completely original — the only rule is that your dress-up must be penguin-inspired!

📸 How does it work?

Dress up like a penguin and join us at the Wellness Waddle on 30 September 2026. Visit our special Penguin Photo Booth on the night and have your competition photo taken.

After the event, the competition photos will be posted on our Facebook page, where friends, family and our community can vote for their favourites by liking the photos.

🏆 Three Penguins Will Win!

The three photos with the most votes will each win a special hand-crocheted penguin. 🧶🐧

Voting will remain open until 10 October 2026 — African Penguin Awareness Day, making it the perfect day to celebrate our winners and, most importantly, shine a spotlight on the African penguin.

Because saving a species can start with something as simple as getting people to notice, ask questions and care.
